Customer Communication Solutions analyst - SII Belgium

For our customer in the telecom business, we are looking for a Solution/Technical Analyst.

As a Customer Communication Solutions analyst you become a member of the Customer Interactions department within CST (Core Systems) and more specifically in the DCP team, responsible for the platform that provides communications to our customers. (email, SMS, letters, push notifications).
You also look for creative solutions on a project basis.
You provide clear and structured documentation to users as well as developers/template designers and testers.
You provide the necessary functional/technical support to colleagues and users.

We are more looking for a technical profile (eg developer who wants to become technical analyst).

You are responsible for translating IT and business needs into functional/technical specifications and design, always with a view to a robust, cost-effective and efficient solution.
You are able to follow up an agile development process and adjust where necessary.
You provide clear and structured documentation to the users as well as to the developers/template designers, testers and the operational team.
You are able to actively participate in the validation of the delivered solution and you can efficiently describe, report and supervise the solution of problems.
You supervise the implementation of the requirements until the solution is rolled out in the production environment.
You are the first point of contact for users and you are able to independently understand, analyse and resolve complaints.
You will be working on the integration of applications with the Digital Communcation platform; data mapping, configuring orchestration of the different communications, ...


You are able to estimate, plan and organize your workload with the right priorities.
You have experience in an operational IT environment, are stress resistant, flexible and customer oriented.
You can communicate well in English and Dutch and/or French and you can tailor your communication to the target group such as developers, users, management, ...

You have experience in performing analysis in complex environments.
You have knowledge of Data Modelling, JSON, XML.
You are interested in/knowledge of databases, SQL, MS Excel.
You have knowledge of relational databases.
You have knowledge of Agile development principles & methodologies.
You are analytical, assertive and solution-oriented.
You are optimistic and creative with an open mind and with leadership qualities.

You value communication and collaboration with others.
You have a learning attitude.
A good knowledge of English is mandatory (both oral and written). French and/or Dutch is a plus.
Functional/Technical knowledge of Opentext Exstream (16.6.2) or Scriptura is a big advantage.
