For one of our customers in the telecom sector, we are looking for a Senior Analyst/Developer.
This is a mission of 3 months extendable (internal replacement of a person leaving).
The consultant will work within a team of 5 people onsite and closely with an offshore development team. The internal client is the HR department.
Focus is to put on Functional Analyst (more than Business Analyst), and specific modules of SAP HR: Organizational management, Personal administration, Compensation and Benefits, ESS / MSS.
Knowledge in the other modules is a plus in order to support the other team members in case of absence. The role covers also a PM role for small projects.
The consultant will participate in the integration testing (user tests are done by someone else in the team).
It's a very complex environment, with a lot of interfaces, and a highly customized system. Around 20 projects per year to be covered.
A background in SAP development is an advantage.
This person needs to be onsite and be able to work independently.
HR teams are mostly french speaking, but Dutch and English are also required.
–Translate Business requirements for the SAP HRM system into functional specifications.
–Guide and supervise the development process, perform integration testing and provide support during the release and facilitate hand over to Operations
–Act as technical Project Manager from scope to delivery, within your HRM domains
–Acquire a thorough understanding of the business requirements & processes
–Translate these into creative & simple solution designs by constructing conceptual data and functional models using modeling tools
–Create clear & structured documentations for the users, development teams and testers
–Explain the solution to the development team and guide them through the development
–Write test cases from a system and business perspective to verify that all requirements are incorporated into the solution
–Report on project status & identify potential risks
Degree & Experience:
–Advanced functional knowledge in the SAP HRM domains: Organizational management, Personal administration, Compensation and Benefits, ESS / MSS. This is a MUST.
–Notion of functional knowledge in the other SAP HRM domains like Time management, Payroll, Travel, Talent, legal.
–10y experience in analysis within a complex IT environment
–Trained and/or certified in one or more SAP HRM modules and you follow closely all evolutions in those domains.
–ABAB (programming, understanding, versioning)
–XML , Idocs, UI5 , RFC .. and others
–WEbdynpro, Fiori, Wordreport, HTML, Java , ASP
–SAP “To Do lists” , assigning task, deleting tasks
–Automated test & build (unit testing, regression testing)
–Basic knowledge of the underlying technology stacks of the SAP applications, such as network, security, OS, basic Linux, netweaver
Experience/Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Development principles is a plus as we would like to introduce Agile principles in the team. Today, it's a Prince 2 environment.
