Veolia is currently looking to reinforce its ICT team with a ICT Support professional to work in 1st and 2nd line support. The successful candidate will report to the ICT Support Manager and be part of a team of 5 people.
*Enjoy working with people
*Enjoy helping others with ICT related questions, problems and incidents
*Have a first solid experience working with a ticketing system (Quest, Service Now,…)
*Like configuring, installing and administrating in Windows 7 and 10
*Are passionate about Google Suite
*Have basic ITIL knowledge
*Are process minded
*Are extremely customer oriented
*Are fluent in both French and Dutch
