The Process Owner is the member of the team responsible for defining, improving and harmonizing processes.
The process owner gathers process optimization suggestions from the business, prioritizes them, and drives the initiatives in close collaboration with the BA’s.


- Define the process and delivering of business needs
- Centralize and prioritize optimization requests/opportunities from business and from OPS & excellence system development and tool needs, prioritize them and drive the projects (with direct communication to BA’s if necessary)
- Decide and document on changes in process documentation (buyer’s manual & guidelines, justification documents, etc.)
- Ensure the buyer’s guidelines are respected
- Establish and maintain compliance and governance
- Own the data related to procurement processes and adjacent reporting
- Lead the project management with business-driven tool implementations
- Coordinate onboarding training schedule for new colleagues
