Business Development Manager for mobility solutions
As Business Development Manager you will have full responsibility for achieving Zetes Belgium’s objectives of developing and distributing/selling solutions for the supply chain, aimed at improving cost control, efficiency and traceability of the goods. You will contribute at positioning Zetes as a prominent and credible supplier of identification and traceability solutions for the supply chain in Belgium.
You will contribute to the implementation of the marketing plan (together with the marketing manager) for the sector . You will lead, or participate with Zetes Belgium’s account managers and business consultants in, the commercial negotiations with customers.
You will deliver a business plan and make recommendations for Zetes Belgium’s strategy.
You are a driven, hands-on entrepreneur with experience in the supply chain sector, with marketing/business development/commercial practice.
You show a real affinity for technical applications and, thanks to your curiosity, creativity and practical sense, you translate ideas and technology into marketable solutions.
Your high level of education enables you to gain a rapid insight into the market and to quickly detect opportunities. Your charisma and diplomatic approach allow you to develop positive, long-term relationships at a high level within the market.
You are also a real team player and enjoy being an added value in a team. In addition to good planning and organization, you have a high degree of autonomy.
You are based in Brussels (1130 Haren) but, as your target market is spread over Belgium, you are fluent in Dutch and French. English is important for contacts with your peers in the other Zetes companies and with our suppliers.
Required Experience and Knowledge
- 5-7 years minimum experience in sales of solutions (software) or related
- Proven experience in mobility solutions (proof of delivery solutions, mobile device management,…)
- Practical application in marketing/business plans
- Strong knowledge and experience within the Supply Chain
- Ability respond to RFI/RFP and to write high-level proposals
- Building lng-term relationships at a high level.
- Being a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (English, Dutch, French).
