Our customer in the telecom sector, is currently looking for an organizational project manager to speed up the current project.

Mission Specific Role description:

A squad is set-up to design/recommend the target organization for a subset of the network division’s activities. This target organization is cross-teams in the division. This includes several work packages: roles & responsibilities clarification, roles & teams workload modelling, end-to-end processes, tools optimization, innovation…

We look for a Project Manager to join the core team, lead and support the workgroup towards timely conclusions and support the finalization of roles and workload model. He should therefore have also experience on organizational projects (not IT/technical centric), process management and scrumm/agile group dynamics. He will collaborate with middle management (core team, WP product owners), team leaders, process managers and subject matter experts.

The project is already started since a few months but should speed up. We expect the mission to be for 4-5 months. Job mission is two-fold:
• a contend role (in one of the work package) for the finalization of the R&R and set-up workload model based on process and volumes (data collecting, challenging & harmonizing)
• a facilitation and support role for the full project (scrumm master “lite”, project coordination, communication & reporting, documented outcome and implementation plan once approved by executive mgmt)

Project goal : create a blueprint for the concerned organization​ subset
Deliverables : E2E Workload model ; E2E Organigram with R&R ; Governance model ; Roadmap for tools and IT architecture; Roadmap process management and standardization, Roadmap Innovation and possible impact on WoW , change management plan

Degree & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years proven experience as dedicated Project Manager in complex environments
- Proven successful management for multiple End-To-End major business/technical projects involving IT development

Technical skills:

- Familiar with Project Management methodologies PMI, Prince 2, Agile
- Familiar with Office Tools : Word, Excel, MS-Access, MS Project and Powerpoint
