Our client is implementing Salesforce in the group. Together with the project team and our business consultants, you will be engaging in the functional and technical analysis . The domains we focus on are CRM for lead, prospect and account management (limited to commercial activities) combined with Marketing Automation and a 360° view on an SAP for Insurance Backbone. To achieve this goal, you will be working closely together with the relevant stakeholders to analyse the different business needs and processes and following up on feedback. You are involved in every phase of the project, from analysis, to development, to delivery. The Salesforce Project Manager is a key member of our capability. The responsibilities include understanding of a Salesforce implementation and managing project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing Salesforce projects using a formal project management methodology..
Working Experience as scrum master ensuring adoption of agile practices and facilitating ceremonies. Ability to transform User Stories into technical designs leveraging Salesforce platform configuration and custom development
Creates and executes project work plans/ sprint plans/schedule and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality, cost, or schedule.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
Prepares for quality GATE reviews and quality assurance procedures
Identifies and manages project issues and risks
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Experience working with third party vendors- SOW/Change Order contracting experience.

Vereisten

Requirements:

You have at least 2-5 years relevant experience in a CRM/ERP software environment
You have experience with CRM/ERP Enterprise Platform Software (Salesforce & SAP )
Salesforce certifications are an asset
Strong internal customer orientation;
Strong improvement orientation;
Strong process orientation (Business and IT processes);
Experience in BtoB services, ideally in financial sector
